Cathy Wagner, Director of Multiple Listing Service
Cathy has been with the organization since 1993. Cathy coordinates the operation of the multiple listing service (MLS) which utilizes the InnoVia software platform.  Cathy also oversees data quality control, transaction management, lockbox system and appointment scheduling service. Cathy serves as a resource on various technology issues.

Katie Karhliker, Director of Member Services
The Director of Member Services coordinates the organization's educational programs, committee meetings, classroom rental and responds to membership issues. The Director of Member Services also coordinates the organization's newsletter and other print materials.

Georgette Thomasma, Bookkeeper
Georgette Coordinates accounts receivable for membership dues, lock box program, multiple listing service, etc. Responsible for the organization's general ledger as well as accounts payable.

Answers incoming calls, takes registrations, performs MLS data entry, data quality control support, lock box program support and REALTOR Store.

Nash Oldenettel, Governmental Affairs Director
As an employee of the Illinois REALTORS (IR) Nash provides governmental affairs services to CAR through a partnership between IR and CAR.

Angela Roberts, West Central Chapter Administrator
Angela staffs the Chapter office in Galesburg on a part-time basis. Serves as a member resource in the Chapter and coordinates member volunteer activities for members of the West Central Chapter of the Capital Area REALTORS.
